What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is usually possible after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, while check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. However, we can be flexible with the times depending on guests’ needs, when possible. Please inform us in advance to arrange arrival and departure times.
What services are included in the vacation rental?
Our vacation rental is fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay, including linens, towels, kitchen utensils, appliances, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Additionally, we provide a welcome kit with bathroom and kitchen essentials. For further questions about specific services, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Are pets allowed?
We regret to inform you that we do not accept pets in our vacation rental to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. However, we can recommend local pet boarding facilities if needed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy provides a full refund if the booking is canceled at least 14 days before the check-in date. If the cancellation occurs between 13 and 7 days before the booking, 50% of the total booking cost will be retained. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice before arrival are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are available to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
